What does the one-time setup fee cover?
It covers building and configuring your booking website and widget: your branding, vehicles, fare rules, payment gateway connection, hosted booking page and going live. Starter also includes a free .com domain for the first year and a business email address.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. BookMyRide never takes a percentage of your fares. Customers pay into your own Stripe, PayPal, Square or local gateway account, so 100% of every fare (minus the processor's own card fee) is yours.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
How much is the AI Receptionist?
$49 per month on top of any plan, plus usage-based call minutes. It answers inbound calls 24/7 in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Arabic and creates the booking in your dashboard.
Which plan is right for a 3-car limo company?
Starter ($399 setup + $10/month) covers 1–3 vehicles and includes online bookings, fare calculation and payments. Move to Premium when you add hourly, wedding or return-journey bookings or a fourth vehicle.
