Terms of Service

1. Who we are

RideSoftware is a booking and dispatch platform for taxi, limousine, chauffeur and transfer operators, operated by ElevateCode Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The service

We provide a hosted booking widget, operator dashboard, customer and driver management, payment collection through your own connected payment account, and optional add-ons such as the AI Receptionist.

We provide software only. We are not a transport provider and are not a party to any ride booked through your booking page. You are solely responsible for the rides, fares, licences and insurance of your operation.

3. Plans and payment

Paid plans consist of a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription, as shown on the pricing page at the time you sign up. The setup fee is charged together with the first month and is non-refundable once setup work has started.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; there is no cancellation fee and no long-term contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fares paid by your passengers through your booking page are collected into your own connected payment account. We never take a commission on your rides.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate business details, keep your fares and vehicle information up to date, and hold all licences and insurance required to operate passenger transport in your area.

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, to send spam, or to collect personal data without a lawful basis. You are responsible for the content of messages sent to your customers through the platform.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality or change pricing.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, fail to pay, or misuse the service. On closure, your booking page and widget stop working and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
