1. Who we are

RideSoftware is operated by ElevateCode Digital LLC. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, sign up as an operator, or book a ride through an operator's booking page, and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

Website visitors and leads: name, email, phone number, company and message when you request a demo or contact us, plus basic usage analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type).

Operators: account and business details, vehicles, fares, drivers, and payment references. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

Passengers: booking details entered on an operator's booking page — name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, ride time, passengers and luggage counts, and payment status.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: create accounts, take and manage bookings, process payments, and send booking confirmations and updates by email or SMS.

To respond to enquiries, provide support, and — only where you have asked or consented — send product updates and marketing you can opt out of at any time.

To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Passenger booking data is shared with the operator whose booking page was used, so they can fulfil the ride.

We use a small number of service providers to run the platform: cloud hosting and database, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and mapping/address lookup. They process data only on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and security

We keep account and booking data while the operator's account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the UK and EU), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security and anonymous usage analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
